I’m not going to lie I was a little nervous going into this series. The Blues have a good fan base, a song, a story, and some pervert who trys to have sex with a rat on video every time they win. But tonight they showed that they are just not nearly as good as the Bruins. We had 10 times as many scoring chances and hit like 5 posts. Even though St.Louis went up 2-0 I was still super confident and knew we were gonna pull out cus we were just dominating in scoring chances and puck possession. Those two goals we gave them were bad turnovers but those were really the only good chances they got. They weren’t able to actually create anything by themselves because they’re incompetent so they had to rely on our super stars making dumb mistakes to have a chance at winning.
I really don’t have a problem with Edmundson going for the second hit on Backes, but what does really piss me off is that I know no one is going to be talking about it tomorrow but if it were Marchand or really any member of the Bruins it would be the biggest story in hockey. People would be absolutely losing it over something that doesn’t matter just because the Bruins already stomped their faces in earlier this year. I can’t even imagine the incoherent rant Steve Dangle would go on tomorrow whining about how Marchand is ruining hockey because he likes to make the sport interesting and get people paying attention to it. We all remember his last one:
I’m actually glad that Edmundson did that though cus it set up a really physical and exciting Hockey game. And that led to Torey hitting Rob Thomas(Not the guy From Matchbox twenty that gets raped by sinbad in the mental hospital) with a disgusting no bucket bundy that left Rob Thomas dead.
