Candide Thovex is the most mysterious and the most badass dude in skiing. No body heres from him or sees him skiing anywhere and then out of nowhere he puts out the coolest video of the year. And he’s done it again by surfing these waves at wavegarden in Basque county and Surf Snowdonia in Wales on skis. The fact that he did it ski pants and a jacket and gogs n shit is fucking awesome because he absolutely did not have to do that at all. He could have done it in board shorts and none of us would have batted an eyelash but Candide is the man and he wants the shot to be perfect so he puts on his full ski gear in the middle of July. What a fucking legend.
