Yuto Is A Goddamn Machine

The second stop of street league just finished up sunday and boy was it a good one. From the start of quarters all the way to finals all of these guys were just going full send with no regard for their safety and it was fucking awesome. This weekend we had possibly the best semifinal in street league history. Some of the best runs of the weekend came in semis and there were nines flying all over the place. When Jaeger Eaton and Gustavo Ribeiro crushed heat 1 and got a couple of 33s there was no doubt in my mind that they were going to the finals, but then heats two through 5 came around and they weren’t even close. We had 35s in the first round which is just fucking ridiculous, thats the score that won Yuto finals and guys were hitting that in semis.Thats how hard everyone was throwing down and it was so much fun to watch.

After the semi final I was all sorts of torqued waiting for the finals to start and then afterwards I ended up having to break out my laptop and get down to business to get rid of the blue balls I was left with. From the first run it looked like it was going to be super badass. Sora and Maurio McCoy had 9s on there first run and Kelvin had an 8.5 that was clearly going to be a 9 once he cleaned it up second run.And Nyjah had a first run with that perfect kickflip back lip that almost made me explode on my living room ceiling but I held it in because I wanted to see how the rest of the porn… I mean skating competition.. turned out. And the rest of it was kind of disappointing. Nyjah couldn’t follow up his first run and didn’t land a single god damn trick in best trick.

Giovanni Vianna and Vincent Milou were pretty sick and Giovannis half cab blunt is one of the coolest tricks ever but he also didn’t even think about flipping his board.Yuto is obviously a machine and it was cool seeing Maurio McCoy get second  while doing the biggest frontside flip I’ve ever fucking seen. 

If Sora had landed his last trick and won maybe I could have cleared my loins, but Yuto winning by default didn’t really get it done for me.
