This is one of my favorite times of year. We’re just getting ski movie after ski movie and I love it. The most recent one to come out was Salomons new movie “The 7 Stages Of Blank” which dropped at 3:00 pm today and it’s fucking awesome.
You got deep pow, big sends, Vincent Gagnier giving out steezerections, and Christopher Walken telling us the 7 stages of our love for skiing, unbelievable.
You also get to see Abma out there still shredding which is always a treat. I feel like I’ve been watching Mark Abma in ski movies since I was in the womb and it’s going to be fucking whack when that stops.
That road gap that Alexi and Stan Rey were hitting in Tahoe was a fucking MONSTER. That is so terrifying to me. If you fuck up there, not only are you falling like 40 feet onto pavement, but you’re also going to get absolutely smoked by an 18 wheeler on the way down.
And the last thing I want to talk about is Sam Kuch’s part, not only is his last name hilarious but this kid is making a name for himself. He’s 21 and will go as big as humanly possible and land on the smallest little micro-tranny the world has ever seen. I love the way this kid skis and I can’t wait to see how much gnarer he can manage to get.
